I offer proofreading, editing, and fact-checking. I help to protect the quality of written materials produced by individuals and teams. Increasingly, this involves content created by humans in partnership with AI.

I’m comfortable working within a wide range of workflows, and I adapt my approach to fit the needs of the job. I’m often part of a review team, with my feedback going directly to writers and in-house quality control.

I specialise in texts about human activities, people’s experiences, everyday life, art, society, history, and culture.

I’ve worked on educational and scholarly writing, business and charity texts, public communication materials, and documents intended for use by organisations and individuals.

It’s my job to catch errors that interfere with how a piece of writing is used by its readers. Over the years, I’ve prevented many potentially embarrassing mistakes.
